Undoubtedly, it is Burj Khalifa located in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates which stands still now at a height of 829.8 meters (2723 feet). It has 163 above-ground floors and 1 below the ground floor. Its construction started on 2004, January 6 by the leadership of Adrian Smith and Bill Baker, and the work of Samsung C&T and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and completed on 2009, October 1. It cost 1.5 billion US dollars to build it.


The underground floor is used for parking, the ground floor and the first 8 floors are used as Armani hotel. Burj Khalifa contains floors for Armani residences, Armani hotel suites, Sku lobby, Corporate suites, Atmosphere restaurant, and different luxurious floors.
